Our philosophy is to give back to the community whilst still trying to keep alive traditional handmade artisanal methods that have been used in Morocco for centuries.
We work with local artisans in our own space and tend to employ women in villages in and around Marrakech who would not be able to earn an income due their position in society. This enables them to become more independent and make their journey a little easier.
There was a great potential in the skill and the workmanship that we saw yet we felt it had to be fused with another mind set. There was a large gap between what our clientele wanted and what was being produced in Morocco.
